Refund Policy

Digital lessons

Because video lessons are digital content delivered instantly, purchases are final once a lesson has been delivered to you.

When we refund

You are entitled to a full refund if you paid but did not receive the lesson, if you were charged twice for the same lesson, or if the lesson file is faulty and we cannot fix it within 3 days.

How to request

Contact us within 7 days of your payment by WhatsApp or email, with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to your Whish Money account within 7 business days.

Workshops

For in-person workshops, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session starts. If we cancel a workshop, you receive a full refund or a seat in another session, as you prefer.
